It is the program known as 5x5, you try five times on five days, before the sixth killer attempt.

Started 1 hours of early morning brisk walk for conditioning.
Cannot run on road as I am overweight and my back hurts bad.

I hope an hour of fast paced walk for 4 kms will do me some good

Do some light jogging in between the walks. say like for a min steady. increase the time by a min per week.

Or better yet.

before jogging do some joint exercises.. like bending forwards and arching backwards... waist twist..wasit curl etc...
It will loosen ur joint and u can definitely jog.

Stretching ans free hand squats would do wonders pre walk/jog. Donot ONLY walk, do as Blue said.

Chin-up count = 8
Pull-up count = 4 (narrow)
Pull-up count = 1/2 (wide)

Exercising lower body is a bit of a problem now due to ACL tear. Need to start swimming instead.

Same here, have been "off" since dec 20th. Gotta buy 100 more kgs weights and start full blast.
