LOL. For me now the TIM costs more than the board.

If you have any warranty left and a valid Invoice then why cannot you go file case in the consumer court man...

If you even send a notice itself will get you new board instead of repaired board man because the service people will think twice before going to a court and will hand you a new board. What do you say.

I will keep that in mind now searching for a new proccy for the board.

If it works well then I will rest the case but if it wont I will file one making both Digicare and MSI a party.

And I have all the documents.

How much it will cost in the legal process ? I purchased the board for 3.4k + 4% VAT.

1st you need to send a notice to both the parties for eg. either MSI or his representative I mean Digicare handles all the RMA right. Then the vendor or the shop keeper is other party.OK. You need to send a notice like you need a replacement or an upgrade for your existing MB within 30 days or else you would file a complaint in the consumer court.OK.
Generally at the beginning only any advocate will take for the expenses that will incur to him along with his fee depending on the actual amount of the litigation.OK.

what if the offending party does not show up in the consumer court ? I always wonder if consumer court is strong enough or not ? I know it may sound silly but still it's a fact I guess ......

If you think that a consumer court is not strong enough then you can file in the city civil court. What do you say?

Re: MSI MotherBoard RMA Problem

thanks for the advice, I will keep it in mind but here you see not only the service center but msi global is also should be blamed... only if we had consumer protection laws as strong as Australia things could have been a lot more different. Recently Nvidia and Hp had to pay 2 & 3 million dollars in such cases which is just a fantasy here.

Insist for a demo test there. It worked for me. But I have packed off that board using a different one now.

They just hand them over after keeping them sometime without repairing. Their 3rd party repairs are the best in the market. Wont charge a paisa if it is not stable.
