Windows XP Laptop As a Wifi Access Point

Hi guys,

I have a Dell Latitude E6400. I am connected to internet via LAN and want to share the same connection out using Wifi. I am ok with assigning static IP addresses to the devices connecting to the laptop via Wifi, but am not able to figure out a proper method of doing it.

Any assistance?

Actually I am doing this on my work laptop at work so that I can get wifi onto the iPad

Having a router here is not possible
