Windows Xp on Asus Eee Pc - With ONLY USB stick

This Tutorial is How to Install Xp onto your Asus Eee Pc - with ONLY a USB stick.
There are so many different versions on how to do this on the net - many of which left out important details and cost me lots of time - i decided to make one myself.

I picked up the Asus Eee Pc 4G ( Black ) over the weekend.

They don't even charge you 2% when you use your credit card
Comes with Linux Pre Installed - No XP ( Very boring ).

With These specs .Is it a good idea to install Xp ?..will it run well - will it suck ? Keep going to find out.

To do what we're going to do you need :

1) USB stick ( asus recommends under 2 gb - but i used my 8 gb Trancend - will tell you how )
2) Pc running Xp already - to manipulate the usb stick.
3) USB_MultiBoot_10 - to load the xp cd onto the usb and make it bootable ( there are other progz you can use but this is the only one that worked for me - google it )
4) Original Copy of Windows XP
5) Of course - the Pc ( this works for any pc that supports Usb devices before the Os boots - the Asus Eee Pc fortunately does )
