Windows 7 and Vaio brightness control problem( FN +F5/F6 )


Well,I've installed windows 7 HP 64bit via Vaio upgrade cd's ,but ever since I have installed Win 7, I'm not able to adjust screen brightness .

Tried to google the solution ,but all in vain

I think it's Vaios that are all having problems, tbh. A lot of people I know have been able to flawlessly upgrade to Win7 except for the two Vaio owners. Problems galore. Have you been speaking to Sony?

My friend's speed/stamina switch doesn't work, his eject button doesn't work, no brightness change, can't switch power modes (stuck on balanced). It's a shitfest.

anyway .Problem solved !

after installing new video drivers for windows 7 64bit from Vaio website(28th octuber release ).Vaio acted quite fast ,but not that much .Imo,THEY should have shipped those drivers with Vaio upgrade kit that I received on 26th .
