Swimming is good for arms legs and chest.. overall weightloss. 20 chin up's is good if you just want tonning and definition. For your chest start doing push up's.. 20 a day should be fine... keep arms at widest comfortable span. For your belly, unless you want abs.. just do cardio.. and maybe a lil ab crunches... your belly flab should go when you lose some weight. I think your weight should be around 68 with your height.
