Weekend Holiday in Feb ??? Where 2 Go ?

guys im planning a holiday in 10-12 feb . im thinking of going to nainital . will there be snow there ?????? or should i go to agra ??? or someplace else . ive somehow not seen taj though all my family members have . which will be more fun n enjoyable n decent ?? budget 1500-3000 .
