Urgent:Suggest External tuner card copatible with DTH

Hi Guys

I need an external tv tuner card (with remote if possible) within 1.5k. It should be compatible to connect any DTH service. I am gonna buy this in saturday so speedy suggestions please.
Someone can also explain me the steps about how to connect dth to external tv tuner card and then to monitor and speakers.
Which dth will be good to connect through external tv tuner card.
I have samsung syncmaster 17" CRT and 2.1 speakers.

Thanks in advance guys.

Re: Urgent:Suggest External tuner card copatible with DTH

i personally have a Pinnacle PCTV Analog Pro USB TV Tuner.. it's working great for me and has a remote as well.. you can check out that model here: External TV Tuner Card for PC - PCTV Analog Pro USB
But the price is out of the budget you mentioned (bought for 3500 in oct end), so you can go for some local ones as mentioned by Donjuan above..
