And no, unfortunately current AMD lineup doesn't looks good. Hopefully with the launch of Zen processor things will change for them.

You can overclock any non-k skylake chip by using the following bios but you need to buy Z170 motherboards only.

While using the above bios, iGP gets disabled and you need to use dedicated GPU.

Stock cooler is not recommended at all.

Easily anyone can reach 4.5Ghz OC over the default frequency.

Check this link & follow their guides: http://overclocking.guide/intel-skyl...ing-bios-list/

The most stable & cheapest Z170 MB is:
Gigabyte Z170-D3H.

Download the above MB bios and follow the Gigabyte OC guide.

Budget -62.5K

Intel Core i3 6100 -8500,
Gigabyte Z170-D3H -11500,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz DDR4 -3000,
WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3500,
Seasonic S12II 520w -5500,
Zotac GTX1060 6GB Amp -24000, (4k)
Cooler Master Hyper 212X -3000,
Antec GX300 -3500.

Buying a costly mobo just to OC upto 4.4 is not feasible. But is there any processor from AMD in the same budget which could be OCed higher with less price mobo?
