I have a newbie question - not specifically to the OP, but for anyone who can answer.

The bill states that warranty "is given by service center only". Does that mean for warranty we have to go to the service center specified in the bill?

That does not seem normal for Samsung phones or does it?

It means ! for any issue with phone you have to go to samsung service centre directly and not pester the shop.
