RMA Procedure for WD & Seagate?

Can someone please tell me the RMA procedure for WD and Seagate in detail.
I just requested RMA for 1 WD drive and 1 Seagate Drive but Sudhir_Bhati told me to not chose pickup for WD as they take a long time. So i cancelled my both requests.

Now i need answers for these three questions?
1) Can i get my Seagate HDD RMAed at Acell Frontline Service Center in Nehru Place?
2) And if the requests dont get cancelled, how much time do WD and Seagate take for picking the faulty drive and sending the replacement drive?
3)If the requests dont get cancelled and i send the WD disk to Chennai with Pre-mailer form and take the Seagate HDD to the Service Center, would they entertain me or ignore me due to my online requests made for local pickups?

Anyone from Delhi who has RMAed WD and seagate, please help

I had booked an RMA of my kaput WD HDD with WD website and the courier came to pick it up like in a month or so from the booking date and the new hdd arrived in like a week!

Hope seagate starts doing this!

Went to Accel Frontline in Nehru Place for Seagate RMA. They took the drive and told me to check back in a week or so.
WD should open a Service Center in North India too

Found an easy way for WD RMA.
Find a AFL Couriers office near your area http://www.afl.co.in/
They are linked with WD.
Request a RMA on WD site
Take your box packed HDD to them, fill a form and you are done. No need to pay anything to them, as its COD

And they have not updated their address for Rohini.
Their site shows an office in Sec-8 Rohini but it has shifted to C-49B Mahendru Enclave, near Hans Cinema
And dont get confused on seeing FEDEX posters and stickers there, because FEDEX owns AFL, as i was told by the guard

My story :

I mailed them for RMA, they called me and told that they will send some courier guy for the pickup. Noone came to my house but a courier guy with new HDD, didn't even ask for the old HDD.

And luckily old one still works.
