I need help in buying/building a new PC. My budget and requirements are as follows:
  • Budget : 1 Lakh
  • Existing Setup: None
  • Components from the existing setup that you intend to keep: None
  • Components that you have in mind for your new PC: Processor : Intel i7 - 7700, Gigabyte Z270 M - D3H, Corsair Vengance LPX 16GB DDR4 - 2 No's, Corsair Carbide Series Sepc 01
  • Plans to upgrade in the future: Not for the next 3 years
  • Places from where you will buy components along with your location: Online PrimeABGB or MDcomputers
  • Are you comfortable with buying secondhand components from the Erodov market? : Nope
  • Intended use of the PC [gaming/office use/rendering/HD playback etc] : Work
  • Brand preferences: None, as you suggest
  • Monitor resolution and size: dual 21 inch or one 24 inch and other 20 inch
  • Will you be overclocking your setup?: No
  • Which OS will you use?: Windows 10

My Software recommends these graphic cards, how about a budget of 15K to 20 K for Graphic Card, so can you please suggest one and also PSU

Budget looks alright, but just wait till next month. i7 8700/8700K are rumoured to be coming with 6 Cores/12 Threads which may perform better than Ryzen counterpart.

Does your work only limited to CAD usage or do you have other applications to run? If you do, kindly mention them.

Get these:

Intel Core i7 7700 - 23.5K
Gigabyte Gaming B8 B250 - 7.5K
Corsair Vengeance 2400 Mhz DDR4 16GB - 9K
Seagate Baracudda 2 TB - 5K
Antec VP650PM - 5K
CM MasterBox Lite 5 - 3.5K
LG 22MP68VQ-P*2 - 16K

As for GPU is concerned, you can get the Quadro P1000(~25K) if you're looking for a professional card else GTX 1060 6GB(~23.5K) if you're fine with a GeForce card. Also, try to get in a SSD for the build.
