Lol, you were lucky. IMO 256k true should get speeds between 33-45 when downloading from http servers and 28-35 from torrents. atleast thats what I got when I was on 256k

What fail logic is that ? 256 TRUE (whatever that is) will give you 32 kBps only , nothing more , nothing less . 3 years ago i had 64 kbps cablenet , their authentication system crashed and for a few days i got ~ 3mbps speeds , does that mean true 64 kbps will give you 700 KBps .
