Anytime between April to June. Its expected/speculated to be released in Q2 of 2011.
Till then try Alan Wake.

Made by the same team - Remedy and has a track from POTF. Max Payne 3 is not by Remedy AFAIK.

and this is what wiki says

The game was originally scheduled for release in late 2009.[4] However, it was pushed back to 2010 alongside several other Take-Two Interactive franchises in order to "benefit from having more development time." In June 2010, the game was again pushed back to 2011.[5] On December 21, it was not present on the 2011-2012 calendar year, and was pushed back again.

This, and Max Payne 2 were few of the games which could run well on my old PC! Back then, I had lots of fun in this. Must be the only game which I completed, without using cheat codes! No internet back then!
