thanks for pointing this out...its indeed a mistake. The yellow one is 12v and orange is 3.3v. Fixed

The connectors are available, but not everywhere- in that case, the best option would be to scavenge.

Haven't seen any good crimpers around- I'm looking for one too. Most are only suitable for molexes, and I haven't seen one that can do fan wires. Will let you know as soon as I find one, and you find it before me, please let me know.
