Inno3D GTX 1080 Graphics Card
by hawk 28-05-16

Nvidia Inno3D introduces two new GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card series

Mumbai, May 27th 2016, Innovision Multimedia Limited, a leading manufacturer of high-end hardware components and computer utilities, introduces its new line of Inno3D GeForce GTX 1080 graphics cards. The new flagship card will be made available in India by its authorized distributor Abacus Peripherals.

The new cards will be available in both GamingOC as well as iChiLL editions

Built for future high-end graphics, the GeForce GTX 1080 builds on NVIDIA's new Pascal™ architecture, where performance reaches unknown territories and provides the user unprecedented performance, power efficiency, and gaming experiences.

The new, and recently introduced, iChiLL X3 and X4 cooling solutions even improve the overall temperature control and come equipped with the Herculez cooling armor. As a result, the Inno3D GTX 1080 products will be capable to run at even higher clocks, fully optimizing the 2560 Cuda cores inside the GPU without losing grip on heat production.

"We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved in such a short timeframe, allowing an outstanding product to evolve into an epic chapter in the history of graphics" said Ken Ho, CEO at Innovision Multimedia Limited. "Especially our iChiLL X3 and X4 cooling solutions will 'blow away' high-end gamers and overclockers."

Noise levels will reduce to a minimum thanks to the new and improved fan blade designs and find the perfect balance between performance, sound and silence. The brand new GTX 1080 series will be on display at the Computex show, held in Taipei, Taiwan on May 31st ~ June 4th

Memory speed seems weird.. Its defly not just 1300MHz and 13000MHz seems way too high. I've asked for a correction/reconfirmation on this.

The core clock speeds are awesome considering EVGA FTW's base and boost clocks are 1733MHz/1873MHz. And I'm not so sure abt mentioned pricing. IMO, this should be the MRP and the street price should be considerably lower.

Quite the contrary - I wouldn't expect the street price to be anything lower than 70-80k, for the stock editions.
Tweaked boards should be upwards of 80-90k.

Given the historical pricing of the 980, 980 Ti, Titan etc., it's near impossible for this card to be sold at a "value" point without penalizing enthusiast customers.

It's the 1070 that should be available for around 50-60k (stock / near reference editions), and around 60-70k for tweaked editions, with better cooling and frequencies.
