Admin Edit : I can understand new members making mistakes, but if experienced members make the same mistake again and again then you are asking for trouble.

@Jazztecho you are right.. but i have been in ebay for along time.. if this is a forum just like that then they dont ban / deactivate account without prior notice

The moderator is in no way stopping you from shipping an item.
He has not put you in jail so you can't ship.
Go ahead & ship the item & give the details over phone to the Buyer as in all probability before a payment is made, mobile numbers are exchanged.

Also refund the guys money. The moderator has not frozen your bank account like Kingfisher Airlines.
For these 2 actions you do not need to be able to post new threads.
Moreover I am sure when you have completed these 2 tasks, the moderators will take a sympathetic view in allowing you to post in the classifieds again

There are market rules, It should be followed accordingly and sincerely, period.
Its not like i will upload tonight, tomorrow. etc. Members should try to make a thread when they have all the resources at hand.

Banning is little harsh, but mods should start with a note on the thread > lock thread (will open only if OP completes it) > thread delete.

Same mistake from the members then Ban him.

PS: that search of Yana Guptha was epic. Yana GuptHa.? lemme guess!!? you are south indian.
