Help overclocking E7200 on ASUS P5Q Deluxe

Goin 2 do overclocking 4 the first time..
Plz provide a guide or some tutorial to overclock on this Mobo(p5q deluxe)

What clocks are you trying to achieve?..

Do you have a aftermarket CPU cooler?..

If not and your trying to OC on the Stock cooler, Id recommend you go for 3.3Ghz (ie. 350 x 9.5)

Change only the following settings...
