isnt 2gb version of the card required for gaming at high setting ?
Also should i consider 2gb or 1gb version of the card ?
What about 650ti boost ? XFX 2GB version of 7790 cost about 12.5k

1GB vram is more than enough for any res upto 1600x900. It's only 1080p the vram uses increases.

HD7790 1GB is what you should get. Get the Sapphire one, should cost around 10.2k locally.
Don't get XFX. You'll highly regret their A.S.S afterwards.

And regarding GTX650Ti BOOST, well if you can extend your budget to 11k, then get the Galaxy GTX650Ti BOOST 1GB.

A.S.S= After Sales Service
AFAIK Rashi handles XFX RMA. Now don't get happy now. They handle XFX RMAs worse than they do with Asus.

Here are the links:

Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 7790 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - Sapphire: Flipkart.com

Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650TI (Boost edition) 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - Galaxy: Flipkart.com

And why do you specifically need dual fans? Single would be enough.

AFAIK TAG (Technology and Gadgets) is a little better on the RMA part of Galaxy GPUs

Actually, the Zotac version of the GTX650Ti BOOST only comes in 2GB variant. No 1GB
I earlier suggested you the 1GB Galaxy one, but you said dual fans, so.

And if your budget is 11k and want dual fans, take that Asus HD7790 DC2 OC! No questions asked.
Get it locally
