Buddy go for GTX 650ti boost it is much better than 7790 and even 7850. Plus single or dual fan doesn't make so much difference.

Re: GPU Buy in 8-9k

Bro my budget is 10k and I can make a jugaad of 1k but that would be the end.
14k is way out of my budget and really cant afford it.
So any other suggestions welcomed.

Re: GPU Buy in 8-9k

Then he have to wait for sometime, When he means @Aish jugaad 1+1K more and then go for GTX 650Ti.

Sorry to @Aish, But you have only this option left, If you want a 2GB GPU.

If you want a 1Gb... Then go for Asus GTX650TI-1GD5 - 9.7K.

Yes.

Nope. 7850 is a crazy overclocker. It even surpasses 660 when OCed, let alone 650ti boost.

7790 is radeon. Your best bet is to get a used gpu from market section.

Re: GPU Buy in 8-9k

7790 is the last card that your PSU can handle .
Also GTX650Ti Boost is a really better alternative to that.
Rest all depends on the Rupee prices than have gone down to 68.75.
Pray that it comes to near 60 and then buy the GPU (waiting is the last alternative)

Re: GPU Buy in 8-9k

Rupee will never come down to 60/-
Not even in 2014. Instead, you'll see 75/- in the next couple of days.

Thanks to Congress, PM, and a Finance minister whose Harvard degree didn't even come to any good use. GG.
