Re: Government's Gift to Internet Users in India

The politicians are a wily lot !! they don't keep money there in Swiss banks, with no interest and depreciation creeping into their money !!
they transfer the amount to the tax havens from there and then get it back to India, no tax and all in white and then invest that in companies, banks, equities and real estate !!

so the whole point is moot

This just made my dream of moving to Thailand/Taiwan much easier. I better start packing from now.
On a serious, are the children of these mofo'ing politicians dumb enough to let their fathers and mothers do all these sh1t freely? Pity them! This is why i think india isnt moving forward. Even their full-grown children are keeping mum!

You know...i have some frens with politician fathers. Heck one is an MP!
Their children are all spoilt. Demanding super bikes, latest gadgets and what not.
While the constituencies of the MLAs are in pathetic condition. I had a serious quarrel with them once regarding all these. They told me i was just jealous. I LOL'd. Sure i was brought up from a very simple family but i told them that i know about Life much better than them. Almost fought. Never talked to them ever since.
The main reason was: they knew that their parents were corrupt. Thats why they were mad.

Re: Government's Gift to Internet Users in India

Hey guys, what's with so much hatred of your own government? You support it with all your tax payments, and yet you despise it by looking only at its flaws. Sometimes, you should look at its well-done works as well. It has provided you with roads for transportation, dams to channel river water to cities, surveillance cameras for protection from domestic terrorists, ID cards for protection from foreign terrorists, military police for protection from illegal demonstrators, law enforcement officers to protect you from yourself and much more. Now that you are fully protected from all threats, you whine and complain against the organization protecting you.

No organization can be perfect. If you don't like the way it works, then don't support it!
