Good Caller Phone/Display

trying to help out people @ my friends place.they find it difficult to read number on a caller Id phone since the Display is small & not well lighted . he is looking for a a caller Box or a phone itself which has a large caller ID display & has a bright back light.

I went around searching, ones that are there in market have similar issues like the panasonic or the beetel ones or other cheap chinese chepo's

any good ones available in the US market which can solve this purpose ?

Re: Good Caller Phone/Display

Well I recently saw one of the cheap Chinese imports and the display was so big. around 2" to 3.5" and it was backlit.
You will have to search for it though, as it is called by different names .

Beetel has one such phone.

BTW - if you are looking for an extra loud phone, with extra large buttons, then a US site is selling such phones. They are for the aged. And the lines are so bad in India - that they would be of good use here. Google it.

Go for Panasonic!! They make one of the most awesome caller ID phones!
