Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD5 RMA Experience


Hello friends ....

I Gave my Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD5 rev 2.1 to Acclefrontline Nashik forRMA on 8 dec 2012. I got call from Accel on 25 dec 2012, He said that "ur mobo arrived pls come n take it " . So i went to Acclfrontline Nashik center .They put UD5 in front of me, That mobo is Not sealed. Just wrapped in plastic bag .I took it out from the bag, it looks Old, dusty ,PCB bent , back panel SPDIF port bent . So i didnt accept it . Accel sent taht mobo to RMA (Rerma) .
Till now i don't have any clue about the mobo .

Today i called Acclefrontline he said tht " I dnt knw whr is ur mobo ? whn i get will call u "

Call id :- GBTADE120000017DW.

So can anyone help me regarding this matter ?

Even Gigabyte is doing this now.. !! is there RMA is being handled by Rashi too ? or some company which has that company as its hero?
I would suggest a core.nic.in visit and lodging a complaint there.

AccelFrontline doesn't provide good service. I had good experience with Digilink. Isn't it anymore a gigabyte RMA partner?

No .
Now Only Accel Frontline is giga RMA partner.

I got the call from Mr. Rajendra (Ahamadabad, who called him self a giga's representative ) He said " Company cant give u NEW mobo as replacement , Its not our company's policy . We give new replacement only within 30 days or doa products, after tht u get only OLD product as replacement "

WTF .

Is it true ?

I had purchased a Gigabyte GA-EX58 Extreme on 23rd November, 2009 & had got a new one as replacement in December 2011.

Now I see Gigabyte is cheating customers.

People used to say avoid Asus products as Rashi's service is horrible.

But now I say nothing is more horrible than Gigabyte.

Everyone please avoid all Gigabyte products now.

Better buy Asrock, Asus or MSI products.

i went to accel frontline in nehru place for rma of transcend 32gb pen drive and what i saw there they were saying same word to everyone either people with hard disk or pen drive or any other thing like sony xperia phones that come after 45 days.. rma will take minimum 45 days.....
and many people were standing there which were waiting for their rmaed product from 2-3 months and visited 3-4 times earlier there....and havent got their product from rma...

so i think accelfrontline is responsible for all this rma hassles...
