GIGABYTE Z68X-UD4 RMA Woes


well...here goes the story...
Bought a Z68X-UD4 on june...
around 20th of the next month it started to give me problems[shutting off on its own/not booting and what not]...so checked almost everything[i mean everything] and turned out the Motherboards has gone bad.
So i went to GIGABYTE service center[managed by accel frontline] and they said they cant take my board as they didn't have the boards name in their DATABASE...the funny thing is that they had UD7 in their database but not UD4...i was like what the hell[didn't said that loudly]...
after that i gave the board to my dealer for RMA and it was deposited in the following Wednesday that is on 27/7/2011...today is 29/8/2011 and still no sign of the board...the service center has turned extrmely cold and not giving out any response neither to me nor the dealer.
SO what now?
the rma details are with me ATM and am not sure whether am supposed to give them out here or not so am withholding them now....
any help will be appreciated...

Yeah Sumon do add either the Invoice details or RMA details in quotes ofcourse, . Basically just the number would do, or infact send me a PM with the details.

I think Giga should also change their sercvice provider, Accel frontline.. I have had bad experience from them regarding my Seagate hdd too..
they behave very badly and are not helpful at all.

seems like the guys @ ss was bull sh***ing me
i will give them one more week then they are gonna get a piece of my mind....
now the service engineer is on leave....so i wont be gettin it....

hey anil... thanks for looking
but the issue was solved...got an replacement motherboard a week back.....but i must request you guys to look into the quality control of this boards...coz the guy i sold the board to has informed me that the Ethernet port is not working....
so i think you will see an RMA request for an Z68X-UD4 from Mumbai shortly...
also the rma service in Kolkata is wayy below my expectation..
but i was pretty happy to see that you guys gave a brand new board in RMA...kudos to you for that
