The Diablo III trade and general thread

I looked about the web and I found several options. Starting from Blizzard's own store to the discounted site G2Play.net across Amazon, I found D3 listed as a pre-order.

Here is the thing - I want the physical media. I have an acquaintance returning from the US towards the end of the month (approx 27th) and I can have him carry the game for me. The regular edition of the game is selling at about $60 almost everywhere.

Now the quintessential question is where I should order it from.

1. Amazon - Media unsure (not sure if this just a product key sale)
2. G2Play.net - digital download (slightly cheaper than other sites)
3. Newegg.com - Media available (stock availability - unsure)
4. Blizzard - Media unsure

If anyone else buying this game can direct me to the right store, the help would be greatly appreciated. Other reliable stores with a proven good track record are welcome too.

Erm, I have on preorder the physical game(the box) from a local dealer. The deal is that my friends and I preorder 4 copies and get it at approx 52 USD. We will get the game on the day of release 15th May(I go to the shop and just pick it up).

One of my friends backed out and we have an extra copy with us now. If you want I can send you the extra we have here on the day I get it via mail and it should reach you in a couple of days.

1. Amazon - Boxed version. :- Pre order now to get it delivered on release day ($.99 extra) in US
2. G2Play.net - digital download :- $64, so not sure how this is cheaper as per you.
3. Newegg.com - Media available :- Phsyical media available for $60 but delivery may take a few more days extra
4. Blizzard - :- Digital version but you are able to pre download the game now and play it on release day even though your friend bought it from US. Cost $60.

Well, I would recommend the blizzard digital version to get you playing the fastest. But if you interested in the boxed copy, then another option is to pre download it and ask your friend to break the box and email/txt you the key so that you can play it asap on release day and later get the box when he comes!

To be honest, judging by my SC2 copy there shouldnt be anything fancy in the box other than a small manual , (a notepad SC2 had) and the retail box.

A little update:
Box comes with what xAlias predicted though the lore/story in the manual is plenty to read. Each class has a 2-3 page writeup.
The obligatory notepad is present as well as 3 temp keys for sharing with friends and 1 WoW key for playing till level 20.
