CPU-z & Coretemp show cores as disabled!

I've a C2D E6300.
Are my cores disabled ? Anyone else facing the same issue?
What could be the reason.. Is this normal?

Re: CPU-z & Coretemp show cores as disabled!

i dont see anything odd about that.
except that ur multi is @ 6 instead of 7, thats why ur processor is running at a lower speed than its stock.

In the BIOS change the Multiplier from Auto to Manual. Press 7 , then your peocessor clock will change to 1.8ghz( 266.7*7).
Save & Exit

You need to Disable Speedstep / Thermal Control, etc (anything related to Power saving) from BIOS in CPU Features.

Why should he disable that? The speed is rightfully falling under idle conditions...
