Corsair Vengeance RMA Query

Hi Guys.

I need to RMA a 4GB RAM stick which caused a BSoD and then later a no boot. The RMA centre is in Grant Road which is a long commute and my working hours are whack. I went to the Kazien website where it says that I can courier it directly to the service centre. They call it UpCountry Direct Warranty. Anyone use this service?

Yeah you can courier them the RAM. Just get the RMA details through them first & ship it to them. They'll ship it back to you once done. That's how RMA works where there is no service center available.

U'll need to call on their toll free # and register an RMA 1st. They'll give U the RMA# and the addy to ship it to. I haven't but I think @sjaveri did RMA directly.

I did a direct RMA with corsair through the support tab on their website, but that was for case components, not RAM. Shouldn't matter though, open a ticket there and request for an RMA and wait for a couple days for them to get back to you. In my case, they just shipped out the needed parts and i received them within 3 days
