Buildlog: Corsair Carbide 400R - Project Cam[E]leon

I got the same case last week too. And now, while I was going to office, the air penetrator white LED fans from Silverstone arrived (ordered online via theitdepot). Gonna put them on the case tomorrow and see how the thermals improve.

Right now my Processor idles at 26 degrees but that is mostly due to the winter. Graphics card is running 35 degrees idle and 46-50 stressed. Right now have in mind some of the mods I saw in Corsair forums. Some EL wires, a white cold cathode tube etc can't really go wrong now

@napster - Helped me out last evening without which I wouldn't have gotten this far.
He helped me check if all the components work, installed the OS and the drivers. This saved me about 2 hours of work for today.

Thanks dude and yes I took your suggestion. I tried cutting it on the kitchen slab but it was too tall and the sharpie used to constantly slip out of line. But this setup on an old case really really worked.

Almost... Need to put the frame together and the panels. Then will mount the drive and check clearance before it is properly installed. Till then its not complete

Today's agenda:
Put the frame back together. Its riveting time.
Put the case together (drive retainers, back panel slot covers, case feet, yada yada yada)
Install the core components.
Install the fans and do the cable management.
If I have time I will install the LEDs as well.
.... I know I am forgetting something.... Crap!
