claiming warranty ....help !

i am facing problems with the ep 830s which i had bought from ebay . its problem of left-right balance of ear buds which i thought was with 630s only

. so should i contact to creative india or my seller??? i dont have any document with me (bill or any other reciept) .. can anyone explain ??

Without a document i suggest you contact the seller.

the first thing you can do is to take a printout of the payment details in your ebay account. and you can show proof of money transfer, from your bank account statement or CC statement.

does that mean the soft buds are kinda different from each other or the volumes in each are different...? coz if the volume r diff. i presume u know the method 2 dismantle it and clean it up a bit...

I mean Volume balance .. n i dont know anything about dismantling it n cleaning .. wont it void the warranty ??

dude i have ep630 and there is less volume in the right earbud since 1-2 months ... and i dnt kne the process u mentioned.... please can u elaborate this a little more ???

dont own an ep-630 but plannin 2 get one soon... but I saw the thread abt cleaning out t wax in t other forum...
