boxes stuck in customs

two of my boxes which i ordered from abroad are stuck in customs from 11 may and 20 may. according to previous EMS history, the parcels are shipped very next day or 2nd/3rd day (of arrival in customs) from bombay customs to my place.

now since more than 2 weeks have passed and there's no sign of them boxes, should i go to the GPO or wait it out till the end of the month. I asked the regular postman who always brings the parcels to me today if any parcel had come till now and he replied in the negative

i'm worried now and imagining all sorts of negative things.
if i have to go to GPO what info should i have with me besides invoice and tracking no?

Go to the gpo/customs office. Sitting and waiting has never solved this problem for me.

Also forgot to ask this - where exactly in the gpo do i go to ask regarding the boxes?

One or the other babu would guide you .... since its EMS ... the reception desk will be happy to oblige .... they have changed and become a little more courteous
