We have had many threads about the dremel here on E, but you never replied, I would have bought one, when the going was good for me.

@ Ayan.. buddy what all is included in the 25 piece set. You should put up a detailed thread & a link long time ago. A lot of people would have benefited. Dremel has launched ~30 products/items.. can you get more details & list of accessories with packages....

One question i have is can dremel be used to make hole in wall ?

What is the warranty in india for Dremel offered by Bosch ?

I have asked question to seller on Ebay and he said 6 months.

I have checked on Dremel website it says 5 Years.

Guys... an original is an original.. go for it.. and its easily available at all Metro stores for very decent prices.. all accessories and attachments are also available at all Bosch dealers.. almost all of them are available in India now.. just call the toll free no. and they will help you with where it is available..

I just got to this page when I searched for DREMEL Warranty, To confirm this I called the BOSCH customer care today and confirmed that BOSCH India offers only SIX Month on all BOSCH and DREMEL products.

And I believe that E-Bay seller wasn't wrong.

From the USA web link provided by the above user... It's states 5 Year warranty against manufacturing defect.

"Ragu", I've been using DREMEL 300 for the past 7 months now. And I have not faced any problems as for now. The only parts might be needed to be replaced are the lock for the collet holder or the switch.

Otherwise no issues...

Looking to get the Dremel 300. Its not available in Shillong/Guwahati and my only option is to get this online. Its available on eBay. Is the pricing okay? I should be able to use a coupon to buy this (please provide some coupon if you have one).

Their dremel page says they have an offer owing to the festive season. This might be a good opportunity for a GO.
If its cheap I'd be interested too.
