Is it so? Sorry for the confusion then. I think I have to read the cooling technique.

Read about it. The heatsink's size as well as unique design ensures cooling without any need for fans. Also a nice chart is present including list of processors that should be/should not be cooled using this cooler.

if you use this cooler you cant use your grafix card for sure it is blocking whole PCI-Express slot
