Re: Best SSD in the Market Currently?

Dammit that drive got a decent even good review ... was eyeing corsair gt as well for bling red case to showoff uber fast pc to friends but real tight budget here buying ram as well. Anyone here with experience with SF drives can tell why so badly to avoid.

Crash thanks a lot for the offer but a friends gonna get it for me. Thanks again really appreciate it am sure someone else will want you to get them an SSD prices are good right now

Re: Best SSD in the Market Currently?

Well the correct way for you to do is, make a Interest check thread and then proceed to see as to how many members are interested, then wehen you have people ready with your IC then make it a GO, for that you will have to show your credentials, before that will be allowed.
Don't go about telling people what you plan to offer, make a thread !

I am getting a few pieces for myself, family & friends. I might have some spares left. I am wondering if any interested parties would be interested in taking these up?

They are brilliant drives for laptops.

Price of a 64 /128 GB in India = Price of 256 GB in US. Approx.

Pricing varies every few days based on deals. Between 220-270 $. I am not trying to make PROFIT here. Just in case I have spares left, I wanted to know if there are people interested.

Are you interested?

I am not putting a for sale/ marketplace ad because of following reasons:
- I am not doing this for sale/ business
- I dont have the drives in my hand as yet. They may arrive in 1/2 weeks
- I may not have a spare at all.

Just wondering if there are LAPTOP / PORTABLE POWER USERS here who might be interested, else I'll dispose of them by returning them or adding it to some familys machine.

Because most desktop people seem to be going for 64/ 128 GB ones.

Yup as mav suggested don't spend on mount. you don't have any moving parts anyways. Use tape.

Already bought the mount through Amazon.

I don't like a tacky job. Mount is much better. Plus, when I get a second SSD later on, it'll be useful then too.

I saw that Samsung 830 deal. Top of the line. I ended up getting the Crucial M4's before that deal came out.

For that PRICE & maybe little more, you could've got a better 256GB Crucial M4 from US - As I said, I will most likely have a spare. Should have in my hands soon.
