Which Batteries Can I Replace My Cordless AAA Batteries With?

Hi I have bought a new Panasonic Cordless phone and I was looking at the specifications of the AAA Ni-MH batteries and they are a min 630 mAh type. Now my question to all of you is that probably in the near future when my current supplied panasonic rechargeable batteries go kaput, will it be possible for me to buy batteries which have a higher capacity (say 2300 or 2500 mAh) and then use the same cordless charger for charging them? Will the charger be able to charge such batteries with higher capacity or do I need to buy similar batteries with almost the same charge capacity?

Please have a look at the attached photo

4 Pcs AAA 1800mAh Ni MH Rechargeable Batteries Green 1 2V | eBay

I am not able to see the name of the brand or the model of the batteries which are mentioned in the ebay link. All I can see is that they are 1800 mAh. Is that right? Are they really 1800 mAh? Aslo can you tell me the name of the brand and model of the batteries which you are using? And are they working fine because as I have shown above my cordless came with 630 mAh batteries and yours are almost triple that capacity

They are unbranded chinese batts. I have no way of testing if they are true 1800mAh

So according to your experience do you think that if I use batteries which have a higher capacity than 630 mAh, they will work well with my cordless?

They will work well on almost all appliances , but this is the first time i am seeing such a thing. Maybe Panasonic phone has some kinds of chip or stuff that can detect the batt make / capacity etc
