Both are same.
Just that the Gigabyte supports CFX via x16-x4 combination, due to it's extra PCIE slot (running at x4). Though running CFX that way is not at all recommended.

Get the one which is cheaper.

Like Timon said, it's a really good mobo, and due to it's VRM heatsinks and recent BIOS updates, it's a good OCer. Better than the other two.
But the mATX variant of the same, i.e. MSI B85M-G43 is not so good like the Gigabyte B85M-D3H, due to no VRM heatsinks.

BTW what CPU you have/planning to buy?

As our mate realandR3cys said in earlier post.....VRM heatsinks also the most important part of MObo.....So don't ignore it...and choose a wise decision....

Hi among those two, i would say definitely go with Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H. It is a lot better then Asus B85M-G. It has more power phases as well as VRM heat sinks, PCI slots for any old PCI device and more audio ports as well as more Fan headers(3 vs 1).

It is even better if you can get this, although i can't find it anywhere.

I would suggest you to go with GTX 760 insteadMSI NVIDIA N760 TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - MSI: Flipkart.com. It's significantly cheaper than GTX 670 and performs pretty close to it. If you're willing to spend more, you are better off getting a GTX 770. It cost approximately the same as GTX 670 and performs close to GTX 680. ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - ZOTAC: Flipkart.com

That PSU is not haswell compatible, so you won't be able to use the low power states of haswell. If you want to get a haswell compatible PSU, you should get this Corsair CMPSU-GS600W 600 Watts PSU - Corsair: Flipkart.com

If I were you, i would have gone with Sapphire HD7970 3GB (non-Ghz).
The reference HD7970 are up for the same price of a GTX670, i.e. around 26k, but performs significantly better, and has a higher bandwidth and OCs' like hell.

But if you can extend, then GTX770, like what Dante said, will do the trick. Comes for around 31-32k for the Asus GTX770 DCII OC variant.

And regarding the PSU, get the Seasonic M12ii 650 for 6k
Would be futureproof, and is a tough nut even if you change your rig later.
The aftersales and the quality of Corsair PSUs has degraded recently (especially with their TX series).
