I have a avermedia card and FM works fine. Initially it was a problem with a few channels coming clearly and rest barely audible. But after trying a lot many angles and positions, finally found one where all the signals were reasonably good. So stuck the ends of the antenna wire on the wall in that position. You should try it and ensure the cable is fully strecthed.. that seems to help

I am telling you I tried everything I could think of like taking the wire out of the window and moving it around crazy etc. Would extending the cable length help? Isn't their some theoretical limit for dipole FM antenna's?

^^ The cable length does work in some cases... dont know what the theory is .. but in practical it does work.

skoka teh pretendeR!	Anybody got FM radio on TV Tuner card working? Hi, I am trying to get FM working on my TV Tuner card. I have tried many different TV tuner cards and they all barely get the signal. The basic problem is that the signal inside my home is very weak. What are the possible solutions? I have a powered internal FM receiver that I used with my A/V receiver and that only improves the signal marginally. I am guessing that an outdoor/external FM antenna is the only option. CORRECT? If so, where can I get one in India? __________________
