3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Android Kitkat (4.4) and above

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: Additional Band support as per USA 4G bands (1900, 1700, 700, 2500) needed preferably.

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: No preference. Should have good service network

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: Camera, mails and internet

Need a 4G primary mobile urgently, currently based in India so it should support Indian LTE bands.

Moving to the US in a couple of months time so it would be preferable if the same phone supports US LTE bands as well.

Any information whether the Indian selling version will support both Indian/US 4G bands.

Hey,

I can answer this since I was a hard victim. I purchased a 4G LTE phone in India which didnít work in US ó interestingly the same Moto G3 sold in US worked perfectly. Until 3G, the frequency band was same in both these countries, and possibly the manufacturers understood this. Now the 4G frequency band is different in India than in US ó so the same mobile wonít work.
